Hi, I 'm not an expert =) but try connecting as INTERNAL if you want to
restart the instance, if it still
you can 't connect change your password with ORAPWD.

Hi experts,
I have got a problem. The problem is that when I connect to my
database (8.1.6) from sys
like this
svrmgrl > connect sys/syspassword@(protected)
I get connected.
But when i try to connect as sysdba like this
svrmgrl > connect sys/syspassword@(protected) as sysdba
I get the following error.
ORA-01017 (See ORA-01017.ora-code.com): invalid username/password; logon denied
Please help me, as I have to restart the instance urgently.
